KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Corporate Communications to join our Corporate Communications organization.


  • Develop and execute internal and external communications initiatives in support of Growth and Strategy leadership and other areas of the business that advance the business priorities of KPMG, including innovation, ESG, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
  • Serve as key contact and lead for development of internal communications programs and campaigns that raise the visibility of Growth and Strategy priorities at the enterprise level
  • Drive core communications best practices, benefitting from firm-wide collaboration and dedicated coaching to execute on tasks, (message development, strategic story writing, client win stories, executive communications) and monitor progress to drive meaningful outcomes
  • Apply rigorous attention to research and metrics, incorporating insights and trends into communications strategies
  • Serve as trusted advisor to Growth and Strategy leadership and work closely with Communications leaders to deliver innovative and engaging communications plans


  • Minimum five years of experience working in Communications; PR agency experience preferred but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business or related field
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofing skills, as well as experience in program development
  • Proven technical aptitude and critical thinking; proficiency in MS Office and digital and social media channels
  • Ability to thrive and be flexible in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with a successful track record as a collaborator, multi-tasker, analytical thinker and self-starter who exercises discretion and independent judgment
