We are seeking a talented creative professional to manage the development and implementation of visual and brand communications efforts.

Specific Responsibilities:

·      Help tell a visual story by creating and contributing to visual and video content for organization’s website and social media platforms to include graphics, collateral and illustrated videos in coordination with the graphic designer, VP of communications and branding and other team members

·      Support the graphic designer with creative projects as needed

·      Serve as steward and protector of the organizations’ visual brands

·      Help to provide creative direction on visuals to all internal departments

·      Maintain style and branding guides for organizations and campaigns, and establish style guide for projects in the development phase

·      Act as producer in conjunction with video and design vendors for projects

·      Liaise with advertising agencies and other creative partners as needed

·      Draw on performance data to create and implement visual communication strategy across paid, earned, owned & social channels, catering to diverse audiences

·      Contribute to campaign performance metric reports and analysis of activities

·      Seek creative ways to advance our mission, outreach, and advertising tactics from a visual perspective

·      Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality control, consistency

·      Activities as assigned that contribute to the mission of the organization

·      Work closely with digital team to provide visual assets for website and social

·      Coordinate with external vendors to maintain brand integrity

·      Diligently maintain inventory and archive

·      Support communications team to meet the organization’s goals

Project Management

·      Manage the development and production of campaign digital and print pieces, presentations, annual reports, video, and photography

·      Co-manage production calendar

·      Other projects as assigned that support the mission of the organization



·      Minimum of 3 year’s work experience in a creative environment, preferably a public relations or advertising firm

·      Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

·      Bachelor’s degree in graphic design/communications/public relations/advertising/marketing

·      Proven project management experience

·      Command of social media and other digital platforms and finger-on-the-pulse for visual trends on various digital platforms; curiosity for digital design and outreach efforts

·      Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

·      Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously in a constantly changing environment and handle unplanned situations

·      High level of integrity, dependable, good judgment, and detail-oriented

·      Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

·      Capability to travel when necessary
