Marketing & Communications Manager
The Electrical Apparatus Service Association (EASA) seeks a highly motivated individual to lead the organization’s marketing and communications strategies. If you are a creative, tech-savvy and motivated team player who approaches challenges with a resourceful eye, you’ve come to the right place and will be working with a great group.
Work cooperatively with association leaders and staff to identify goals for association programs, products and services, as well as consumer-focused campaigns.
Develop and implement marketing plans for association’s goals leveraging EASA’s robust tech stack and social media.
Serve as editor of EASA’s monthly newsletter.
Oversee membership marketing and development efforts.
Contribute to the planning and execution of the annual convention.
Serve as liaison to EASA’s chapters and committees.
The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of marketing experience, preferably with an association or not-for-profit focus, strong writing and editing skills, a working knowledge of digital and social media marketing, and supervisory experience.

Marketing, communications or journalism degree or comparable relevant work experience.
Self-motivated lifelong learner; able to work with minimal supervision.
Experience with association management software / CRM systems.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects.
