You must have proven creative program management experience to ensure we have clear visibility into top initiatives across the company and enable the teams to effectively deliver programs and campaigns — all aimed at building trust with key constituents. You will improve team communication, collaboration, and remove roadblocks, by using a full range of organizational and interpersonal skills to keep our creative teams on track and execute marketing initiatives intended to grow team culture, expertise and impact.

Marketing Program Manager, Public Affairs Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the Public Affairs Marketing creative development process, optimizing and customizing the process by channel/media
  • Setting clear expectations and tracking project timelines for the creative team and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Facilitate key meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives, establish clear next steps and owners and resolve blocks that impede progress
  • Proactively assess risk, raise flags, and resolve issues before they become problems for the larger team
  • Manage team’s creative budget and measure impact of initiatives both qualitatively and quantitatively
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the content calendar team to ensure complete alignment from the brief to the creative ask and throughout the creative process
  • Support the team with effective team communication, proactive problem solving and information distribution
  • Establish communication structure to report out creative updates, progress and status with task forces or leads so everyone understands their role and expectations
  • Build impactful relationships and serve as a dependable point of contact for the Public Affairs creative program across the product, creative, communications, policy, research, and content strategy teams as well as with cross-functional partners in all offices
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years work experience in marketing, operations or program management at an internet or high tech company
  • Experience working with product, marketing, policy and communications teams at all levels of management, both internally and externally
  • Experience managing large, complex programs within a cross-functional environment, spanning multiple groups within a complex organization
  • Organizational, project management and collaboration skills
  • Solid communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
  • Fast learner, eager to learn new technologies. Roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic and willingness to take the initiative and make things happen
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience working at a creative agency. You have experience producing large scale campaigns, managing vendors, and working with stakeholders across a creative team
