ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION America’s Essential Hospitals is the leading association and champion for hospitals and health systems dedicated to high-quality care for all, including the most vulnerable. The Policy Associate is organized, creative and flexible, with the ability to move between projects as needed to support the association’s work in a wide variety of issues affecting our member hospitals.

The Policy Associate enjoys a 4 day per week remote schedule, coming to the office on Tuesdays and occasionally as needed for meetings, events, or projects.

America’s Essential Hospitals offers an inclusive, team-oriented work environment with flexible work schedules, competitive pay, annual bonus plans, generous benefit package, and most importantly – an opportunity to make an impact.
