Policy Director, National Association of State Foresters
The National Association of State Foresters seeks a full time Policy Director to lead the legislative, policy, and government affairs functions of the organization.

Requires Bachelor’s Degree in political science, public policy, forestry or related field; at least three years experience in legislative or policy work; proven ability to build partnerships and excel in a team environment; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of the federal appropriations and legislative process; and proficiency using Microsoft Office programs. Ideal candidate will have Capitol Hill or association advocacy experience with a working knowledge of forestry issues. Position is based in Washington, DC.
