Career Title: Political Action Committee (PAC) Coordinator
Department: Policy and Government Affairs
Salary Hiring Range: $55,000- $65,000 annually (paid bi-weekly)
Union Dues: 1.44% of your bi-weekly pay
In collaboration with the Director of Government Affairs, this position oversees the daily administration of the American Nurses Association Political Action Committee, and assists with the execution of a strategic plan to develop and expand the association’s PAC. The incumbent will support all aspects of the management of the PAC, including developing and implementing an annual, internal solicitation campaign and recruiting of PAC donors, communications with the PAC Board, Leadership Society, and other internal stakeholders. This position will also be the lead in GOTV initiatives and political education. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for all federal lobbying disclosure reports as mandated by federal laws.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Related Work Experience:
3 years of working with a political action committee of political campaign. Knowledge of federal and state of political action committee laws and regulations. Detail oriented.

Hybrid: Employees are considered Hybrid if they are regularly scheduled to work in at least 20% of their work week or work month in an ANA Enterprise Office.
Hybrid employees are expected to travel to the office when requested and/or when necessary to achieve results or meet business needs.

- The ANA Enterprise will hire primarily from the District of Columbia (DC), Maryland (MD), and Virginia (VA).
- Candidates may apply from other U.S. states and territories; however, prior to being granted an interview by a HR and/or a hiring official, the ANAE Risk and Compliance office must approve that the U.S. state or territory is registered or able to be registered to conduct business with the ANAE.
