Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative-minded individual for a unique opportunity to partner with the XenoPsi Politics’ team on a new business opportunity. We are looking for someone who’s knowledgeable of the entire Social Media landscape, loves using Social Media personally, has a passion for politics and building a movement to encourage political action.
What you’ll be doing?
● Collaborate with the XP Politics team to ensure messaging for social platforms are aligned with the client
● Produce content, headlines, and imagery for social platforms
● Stay up to date on current events
● Provide ideas for content and campaigns
● Draft campaign content, including email and social media content
● Develop real-time social media content in response to political updates
● Provide community management support across social platforms in real-time
● Manage and maintain social media channels
Must-Haves
● Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms within the political space
● 2+ years working on political campaigns
● Excellent writing and communication skills
● Demonstrated experience writing content, scheduling posts and engaging with viewers
● Passion for writing and creative concepting with endless ideas to share
● Active on multiple Social Media channels and always connected
● Incredible attention to detail
● Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
● 4-Year College Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications
