The Political Development Manager will work internally with state directors and the Grassroots team to educate and grow the state political donor base, as well as promote NFIB PAC involvement and the major donor program at state events and national meetings as needed. This role will manage and oversee several areas of a direct mail and tele-fundraising program relating to data pulls, formatting, scripts, edits, schedule management and mail production. Your efforts will support the major donor program and integration among each program. You will also support the National Development Director in political fundraising efforts and PAC development as needed.



  • Bachelor’s degree in political science, communications or related field
  • 5 years of relevant experience in development/fundraising
  • Strong attention to detail with proven ability to meet deadlines, negotiate, take initiative, assume project responsibility and prioritize work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of database management software
  • Availability for 25% travel
