Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Facebook’s success. We have a world-class team working together to help drive our ambitions and scale to the next level. We are looking for a local community liaison to work at the intersection of project management, recruiting programs, and community engagement to help drive local recruiting initiatives across our recruiting function.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for community partners as it relates to Economic Opportunity
  • Manage Economic Opportunity Programs under the Access at Facebook umbrella
  • Manage internal and external cross-functional partnerships
  • Work closely with community partners to solicit feedback on Economic Opportunity Programs
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams)
  • Develop and execute long-term talent tracking systems
  • Network referrals for local candidates internally at Facebook and externally with vendors
  • Develop and execute candidate networking strategies
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with referrals through their candidacy
  • Work closely with our Supplier Diversity Program to connect local businesses to procurement opportunities at Facebook
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree
  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting and/or workforce development, community relations, and event planning
  • Experience in training and/or learning and development
  • Cross-functional work experience
  • Experience in event management as it relates to recruiting and/or professional development
  • Experience in Compensation and HR requirements as related to hiring
  • Relationships with industry groups, non-profits and legislative organizations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master’s Degree
  • Experience independently partnering with leadership on hiring initiatives
  • Experience in problem-solving across all stages of the hiring cycle
  • Experience in recruiting programs
  • Spanish fluency
