Job Description

Interprets federal and state and/or international regulations as they apply to products, financial processes, and other processes, practices and procedures. Implements policies and procedures to ensure that these are in compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations and that regulatory reporting requirements are met. Investigates and resolves compliance problems, questions, or complaints received from other units of the company, customers, government regulatory agencies, etc. May develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies. May audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulations.

Basic Qualifications

6 Years with Bachelor’s Degree in related field; 4 years of relevant professional experience with a Master’s Degree

Preferred Qualifications

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead administrator role for various third-party systems which may include adding new users, security, troubleshooting and metric reporting.  Understand each third party system to effectively educate internal and external customers.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Power BI requiring sorting, analyzing and displaying data.  Lead report writer/developer for the team.  Identify efficiencies within the department to recognize and implement change using various tools (Cognos).
• Manage responsibility for the SharePoint site and any external supplier website which includes the day-to-day management, understanding the site’s architecture.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Writing skills must be adequate to write procedures, implementing administrative changes and draft the necessary reports and correspondence.  Responsible for the timely reviews and updates of the procedures associated with Supplier Compliance.  Responsible for enhancing communications with external suppliers and internal customers.  Educate / Empower train team members to understand current processes and the importance of the role they play in Supply Chain.

• Good planning, time management and organization skills.  Ability to thrive in an agile work environment.
• Sound interpersonal skills used when interfacing, and coordinating with Company personnel, customers, and suppliers.
• Excellent computer skills, as well as written and verbal communications skills.
