Job Description:



Position Summary

  • Support and Manage response for MRAs and Severity 1 issues across Global Technology ensuring timely reporting, escalations and strong evidence materials are prepared


  • Engage with senior leaders and represent the team in forums and working groups, establishing, developing and managing key partnerships across Global Technology


  • Work closely with cross functional teams, Subject Matter Experts, SLT and other Risk partners to construct time sensitive deliverables and execute on regulatory engagements.


  • Create and manage documentation in the form of playbooks, process guides, and job aides to support the team’s processes.


  • Gather and analyze technical and process information from various subject matter experts to author/develop /revise presentation materials.


The candidate must stay abreast of global regulatory industry trends, general bank policies, regulations, programs and procedures.


This role is part of the Global Technology Regulatory Engagement team which resides in the Global Business Management, Resiliency and Controls team. The Regulatory Engagement team is responsible for developing, maintaining and leading strong relationships for Global Technology’s interactions with regulators. This role is supporting regulatory issues management, driving improved efficiency on regulatory engagements, and partnering with Leaders across Global Technology and Global Regulatory Relations.


Key goals of the Regulatory Issues Management team include delivering a consistent framework, oversight, and tracking and reporting for Matters Requiring Attention (MRAs) and Severity 1 issues management across Global Technology, portfolio as well as, actively participating in CIO team routines to provide guidance on remediation and evidence requirements and supporting materials creation for routine updates with regulatory bodies.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of risk experience in risk management, audit, enterprise-wide role, managing regulator activities or a combination of each.
  • Self-starter, highly organized, excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven presentation skills: ability to present key messages, recommendations and information in a clear, concise and insightful way and synthesize information key to executive level leadership.
  • Strong writing/communication skills, the ability to synthesize content from subject matter experts to clearly articulate complex subject matters to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong relationship management skills to navigate complexities of gaining buy-in, building consensus and resolving conflicts.
  • Ability to adjust rapidly to changing demands and priorities.
  • Experience influencing effectively at all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to analyze and present regulatory/audit data and information.
  • Ability to connect the dots across silos, think outside of the box and demonstrate an enterprise mindset.
  • Experience working on Regulatory Deliverables, MRAs, or Consent Orders.
  • Proficient PowerPoint, Visio and Excel skills
