Based in Morrisville, North Carolina, Nufarm is looking for a Regulatory Specialist reporting to our US Director, Regulatory Affairs. The Regulatory Specialist will manage supplemental distributors registrations and labels. This role will be also be responsible for preparing and maintaining product SDS’s while providing US support for international registrations. The Regulatory Specialist can expect to support registration managers with Registration Review label updates and provide regulatory advice and leadership to the formulator product business and sales managers.

- Manage customer sub-registrations, including formulators products. Work with business manager to coordinate new sub-registrations, conduct label reviews, and work with sub-registrants for amended labels.
- Manage Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Work with internal or external experts to coordinate SDS development or updates. Communicate updated SDS’s and any critical Regulatory classification to Operations.
- Provide international regulatory support or Certificates of Registration or Manufacture, including document legalization, authentication and consularization.
- Assist with Registration Review label updates. Facilitate system updates, including SDS’s on CDMS, Agrian, Nufarm website, as needed.
We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree or higher in life science or agriculture related field. The right candidate will have solid computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Do you have three to ten years’ experience or more in product registrations and compliance? Preferable to have knowledge of EPA and FIFRA registration process and requirements.
