What You Will Be Doing
Strong knowledge of Pinterest, Twitter and LinkedIn
Ability to provide pixels and troubleshoot social platform tracking
Maintain a deep understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives, translating them into digital objectives/strategies
Prepare and present strategic media recommendations to client and agency management, including objectives, strategy, rationale, and all backup materials
Design and implement or oversee implementation of single and multi-variant tests to increase campaign efficiency
Oversee partnerships with social platforms, API partners and other related vendors
Keep abreast of current events, social/digital media trends and any target market industry trends that impact business
Keep media and agency partners updated and informed on status of all account projects
Provide Social training for other team members as needed
Pull and analyze weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
Monitor campaign performance based on client goals
Analyze key performance metrics and recommend strategies
Manage multiple clients and accounts
Track and report budget pacing, account performance and project tasks (both internally and externally)
Main point of contact for client performance reports, strategy recommendations, and questions regarding campaign performance
Analyze click-through rates, conversion rates, ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPA, etc.
Work directly with Digital Media Director on account strategies
Responsible for communication of account management progress across the team, including senior stakeholders and Account Directors
Contribute to new business development as required
What You Need for this Position
3-5 years of Digital Marketing experience working in social marketing, with exposure to Paid Search, Native and Display
Experience with web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics
Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and the synergy between the Paid Social channel and other performance marketing channels (Affiliate, Display, Email, Search, etc.) including attribution
Knowledge of digital marketing trends, advertising tactics, and CPA business models
Strong analytical skills and experience and understanding of industry metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI, ROAS, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to work with all levels of the business and establish solid relationships
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to create pivot tables and leverage them to analyze trends and performance
Strong attention to detail and ability to organize, prioritize and multitask including balancing time between larger and smaller accounts
Ability to drive initiatives and execute tasks while working independently
Demonstrate strong understanding of marketing funnel, attribution and how targeting tactics apply to each stageBonus Points for:
