Joining Collibra’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team:

Reporting to the Head of Equity and Impact, as the Senior Manager Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI), you will be co-responsible for the design, development, and delivery of Collibra’s DEI strategy. This holistic strategy is aligned to Collibra’s Environmental Social Governance (ESG) strategy, focusing on the global belonging efforts across our business and working to maximize social impact.

As a strategic partner to the business and our teams, you will help to evolve, shape and scale a sustainable, cross-functional, data-informed roadmap aligned to global industry standards and industry reporting metrics. In partnership with key stakeholders, you will identify key DEI opportunities and competitive focus areas. Working to maximize impact, you will design and implement enterprise DEI goals to enable Collibra to realize its DEI ambitions. Working in close partnership with functional teams, you will also help to integrate this strategy into key business areas and Collibra’s brand story.

The Senior Manager DEI will serve as an advocate to all Collibrians and will act as a subject matter expert and advisor to our leaders. The successful candidate must be self-aware and bring an appreciation and awareness of global perspectives to the role, as Collibra’s workforce spans multiple countries. This person will bring experience project and program managing successful cross-functional initiatives, is capable of influencing business outcomes, and is metrics and technology-savvy without sacrificing compassion. The Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Collibra is responsible for:

  • Strategy co-design: partner with the Head of Equity and Impact, Chief People Officer, Exec team, People and Places team, and Communities to develop and evolve Collibra’s DEI strategy, programs and goals. Ensure a holistic focus across the employee lifecycle to retain and attract talent: hiring, development, performance and succession, compensation. Ensure a focus on each of our diversity lenses spanning across our many demographics and intersecting identities.
  • Strategy implementation and localization: develop and scale Collibra’s holistic DEI strategy and roadmap aligning it to industry standards and key reporting requirements. Drive DE&I vision at the global level, while creating specific, compliant, and localized strategies across recruiting, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Business integration and project management: in partnership with key stakeholders, implement and integrate the strategy across key business lines, embedding world-class programs, projects, and initiatives within functions across global locations. Partner with strategy and operations to scale and integrate DEI across Collibra’s planning and integration processes.
  • Measure results: Collaborate across the people team to design, develop, and monitor DEI metrics and dashboards to assess impact and to perform comparative analysis.
  • Brand solutions and awards: partner with our global marketing and people and places teams to identify and integrate DEI opportunities into our company brand story and talent creative. Promote Collibra as the employer of choice for people from a range of backgrounds.

You Have:

  • Relationship management skills: building and nurturing relationships with Collibra’s senior leadership team and key stakeholders across our locations.
  • Project and program management: managing critical projects and programmes using agile methodology, and aligning key stakeholders along the way.
  • Communication: communicate purposefully and intentionally to keep stakeholders informed, raise awareness of DEI opportunities, and promote key trends.
  • Data analysis skills: comfortable working with large sets of data across a range of data intelligence systems to identify trends and develop data-informed solutions.
  • Leadership: demonstrable inclusive leadership skills and the ability to add value in a high-growth business.
  • Advisory abilities to act as a trusted advisor to colleagues on relevant topics of DEI and DEI reporting, both internal and external.
  • Stakeholder enablement skills: able to guide stakeholders through our DEI evolution. Manage, coach and enable colleagues through collaboration and coaching.

You Are:

  • Experienced in DEI strategy design and delivery: designing, developing, and scaling a competitive and holistic DEI strategy in a global, high-growth business.
  • Experienced balancing the following strategic focus areas: environment and sustainability, diversity equity inclusion and social impact, corporate governance.
  • An DEI expert with in-depth knowledge of DEI and an ability to build credibility across the business as a strategic partner and thought leader.
  • Experienced leading DEI reporting and regulatory initiatives. Possess strong knowledge of the DEI reporting and regulatory landscape as it relates to technology, particularly with respect to US, EMEA (EU and UK), and APAC regulation and its strategic impact on business.
  • Understand the value drivers within DEI, including how to conduct audits, awards and certification processes, and gap/impact assessments. Experienced in developing and implementing DEI frameworks.
  • Data analysis and measurement: experienced in measuring DEI strategies and initiatives, interpreting trends, identifying opportunities, and translating impact to key stakeholders.

Reporting to Collibra’s Head of Equity and Impact measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will have met your primary business partners and you’ll understand our team, processes and business goals.
  • Within your third month, you will be working with your team in developing and executing DEI program plans.
  • Within your sixth month, you will be providing recommendations (based on data and analysis) on how to improve and scale Collibra’s DEI programs.
