About the Role:

As Sr. Manager of Global Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Community Impact, this role will be responsible for setting, managing, and overseeing the execution of our ESG and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies globally. In alignment with broader business goals and the company’s Mission, Vision and Values, they will be responsible for developing measurable programs across that advance the company’s ESG and CSR goals.

As the organization’s ESG lead, this role will be responsible for setting and measuring the company’s commitments to specific standards, overseeing the gathering and reporting of key metrics and performance against stated commitments, serving as an advisor to functions across the business to ensure alignment to goals and achieving them, overseeing the creation and distribution of our annual ESG report, and counseling key internal partners on ways to further engrain ESG best practices across the business.

This role will also serve as the organization’s CSR lead, working with regional partners across the company to inform, define and execute against the company’s community impact, volunteering and charitable activities and commitments. This includes designing the global CSR strategy, nurturing strong external relationships with strategic partners, and leading the roll out of CSR principles across our various regions.

As a leader within the Global Corporate Communications team, this role will work closely with team members across the Americas, Europe and Asia to build and protect our brand reputation and progress its commitment to strong storytelling. This position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Global Corporate Communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a global lead for ESG and CSR, setting the company’s strategy for each respective area and coordinating with key leaders and teams to support execution against stated goals

• Oversee the external reporting of our ESG and community impact commitments and performance, including the creation and distribution of the company’s annual ESG report and related disclosures and policies

• Work closely with Corporate Communications team members to gain awareness for the company’s efforts, both internally and externally

• Serve as an advisor on ESG and CSR best practices to key business leaders across the organization, and lead efforts to elevate ESG and CSR acumen across the company

• Facilitate and manage Executive Steering Committees for ESG and CSR that bring key leaders together from across the business to inform and decide on critical actions

• Inform and help develop ESG- and/or CSR-related thought leadership and executive visibility initiatives

• Engage a broad group of key business leaders on all aspects of CSR to ensure us and our subsidiaries are committing to consistent principles and ways of measuring efforts

• Manage the organization’s donation matching and volunteer paid-time-off programs, including oversight and planning of companywide volunteer events, community education programs and the company’s annual Global Volunteer Day

• Identify opportunities for external partnerships and engagement to strengthen ESG and community impact

• Serve as the day-to-day manager of external partners supporting ESG and CSR activities


• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 5-8 years of direct ESG and community impact experience

• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with multi-functional, cross-geography teams to accomplish goals

• Strong ESG subject matter expertise, including familiarity with standards and reporting frameworks (e.g., SASB, TCFD), with demonstrated ability to design and manage global ESG reporting and programs

• Strong social impact and CSR expertise, with experience developing and maintaining global programs with measurable outcomes

• Demonstrated ability in leading cross-functional, global teams to develop and maintain strategies and associated programs/initiatives

• Comfortable with ambiguity and the need to make decisions in a rapidly changing environment

• Confidence in educating, advising and leading C-suite level executives on all aspects of ESG and CSR
