What you’ll do
The Senior Specialist – Corporate Citizenship will be responsible for working with a team to support the overall reputation and corporate citizenship strategy of the firm. This professional will have responsibility for our strategic alliance with the Arbor Day Foundation, where our commitment to plant 10,000 trees across the U.S. in 2022 will help build healthier and more sustainable futures for all.

Responsibility Summary

  • Lead and Support Strategic Execution – Lead and support execution of corporate citizenship programs, develop marketing communications strategy, align work to Reputation Management, Marketing and firm objectives. Communicate strategic direction and ensure right work is done to accomplish needed business results.
  • Project Leadership – Lead and manage marketing communications strategy for annual Purpose, Inclusion and Citizenship annual report. Support 50 firm leaders in participating and speaking at national corporate membership events and conferences.
  • Builds Relationships – Collaborate with and influence a network of leaders across firm including Marketing, Branch Development, Finance, Service and others to ensure the voice of the client and branch team is represented in corporate citizenship efforts. Partner for positive impact in the management of signature corporate citizenship programs and the annual report.

What projects/work you’ll have an immediate impact on

  • Arbor Day Foundation strategic alliance and 12 planting events in priority markets
  • Marketing communications strategy for annual Purpose, Inclusion and Citizenship report
  • National membership program for 50 firm leaders

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $76,798
Hiring Maximum: $130,764

Qualifications Required in the Job

 

  • 10+ years of marketing communications experience and background in corporate citizenship, CSR, ESG, philanthropy or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and preferred Advanced Degree or Certification in related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects/people and delegate work as well as identify skills required to complete it in a dynamic, matrix environment. Demonstrated ability to deliver results and communicate with others.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and review project workflows, processes and expenses.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships, collaborate, influence and build consensus among teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
