Our Marketing Team is searching for a Social Media Manager to increase our brand through organic social media reach. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy, creating written content, building our B2B and B2C audiences, improving our Marketing and Sales efforts, and working with stakeholders throughout Snap to identify opportunities to increase engagement. You will also monitor site metrics, measure the success of your campaigns, and look for ways to elevate our social media efforts to customers positively reflect Snap. As a brand ambassador, you are constantly working to build awareness and trust across all touchpoints.

The Job…

  • Create campaigns designed to engage audiences and increase awareness and trust
  • Develop written content that is relevant, compelling, and impactful
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and content on all social media platforms
  • Design and implement social media strategy supporting business goals, as well as the needs of other teams
  • Coordinate and execute an editorial calendar in partnership with HR, PR, sales and performance marketing teams
  • Monitor social media channels, campaigns, engagement, and analytics as well as conduct competitor analysis
  • Train others in the org regarding best practices for social media
  • Incorporate SEO strategies in content creation for added impact


  • 3+ years of professional social media experience planning, creating, and managing content on multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook
  • 3+ years of demonstrated writing experience in a social media/marketing/ external communications field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Understanding of SEO
  • Attention to detail and accuracy a must
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand integrity across audiences and channels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet required deadlines
  • Solid understanding of brand marketing and management
  • A team player with excellent time management skills and a strong sense of personal accountability
