We want you to develop and execute a social media road map and integrate into our overarching marketing strategy.

You will own all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc), handling everything from content ideation to execution, analysis and reporting. You should be a self-starter and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Truck Hero is growing fast and we need a trendsetter like you to keep us on the leading edge within the social media space!

SALARY RANGE: $65,000 – $80,000

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops and implement a cross-organization day-to-day and holistic social media strategy for (26) brands on core channels including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube.
Establish company-wide best practices, processes, and guidelines. Ensure the company-wide brand image is enhanced.
Plans and executes macro and/or micro social campaigns for Truck Hero brand.
Provide direction and oversight to brand teams developing social campaigns and posts for their respective brands.
Develop and manage the social marketing calendar and collaborate with cross functional teams to creatively align strategy and assets.
Identify new and innovative ideas to build audience and engagement.
Work with brand stake holders to ascertain specific strategy/marketing objectives and effectively translate them for a unique social plan by brand.
Supports sales initiatives by leveraging brand promotions, new products, and other brand related priorities.
Assist in managing and growing online marketing. Develop and optimize tools needed for effective execution.
Write and send press releases; create media kits and field media inquiries.
Develop new and strengthen existing media relationships to increase brands’ earned publication placements.
Monitor placed/earned media mentions for content leverage or crisis situations.
Identify and connect with relevant social media influencers. Ensure influencer fit, messaging/copy direction ladders up to the brand message and brand KPIs. Educate, establish, and evolve best practices across influencer campaigns.
Establish and report KPIs and converts data-driven learnings into strategic recommendations that drive program performance.
Uses social listening to identify relevant trends and/or conversations.
Lead data analysis to measure impact, provide key insights, and provide learnings and highlights to leadership.
Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure consumer comments received via social media channels are addressed in a timely manner. Develop processes to streamline customer service response.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
OUR NEXT GREAT SOCIAL MEDIA & PR MANAGER WILL HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Journalism is required.
4-7 years of social media, marketing, or communications experience is required.
Experience with Sales Force Social Studio, Hootsuite, or other common social management applications.
Strong understanding of key social media KPIs, analysis and reporting.
Skilled in Microsoft Office, knowledge of database software, order processing systems, manufacturing software, spreadsheets, quality, and word processing.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
Occasional travel may be required.
