Position Summary: Coordinate and support corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, events, and initiatives in an automotive manufacturing environment.
Essential Functions:
Conduct external research to find impactful leading-edge capability-building strategies, partnerships, and programs to support HMMA’s CSR efforts.
Develop and execute CSR programs, as well as conduct program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness.
Research best practices and trends in CSR programs, propose improvements to be implemented.
Plan and coordinate CSR activities and events as needed.
Gather, maintain, and present CSR data to management as needed or requested.
Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
Meet all other requirements as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
Related Experience:
0 – 10 years of job related experience preferred
1 -2 years of related work experience in the philanthropic, corporate, or non-profit sectors
Skills / Knowledge:
Word
Excel
PowerPoint
Verbal & Written Communication
Excellent project management skills including planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects at once
Additional Information:
Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.
