experienced social media marketer to translate key business stories into actionable
social strategies.Your role will be to provide best-in-class social campaign strategies for key brand initiatives.

As social platforms continue to evolve, so does our need to stay on top of trends,
incorporate best practices into campaigns, and develop strategies that deliver on
business goals through the power of social campaigns.

You will partner cross-functionally to bring initiatives to life across the social
ecosystem. This includes uncovering insights to inform your cross-platform social
strategies, developing creative briefs that inspire innovative social forward content,
working with campaigns team to ensure creative deliverables execute on your
strategy, and collaborating with the analytics team to deliver campaign learnings to
business owners.

What you’ll do in your role.

Own enforcement and regular updating of T-Mobile social playbook and
channel strategies.Provide expert guidance on platform developments, analyze platform trends
and translate them into actionable recommendations for cross-functional
teams.Partner with analytics team in crafting insight-led recommendations on
campaigns/initiatives, on-going channel best practices and health.

Support creative teams in ensuring creative, copy inputs are on-strategy,
optimized for platform best practices.

Work closely with platform partners at building deep knowledge of
opportunities for T-Mobile to be a first-mover in creative, ads spaces.

Partner with brand, event/sponsorship, media teams & agencies in guiding
strategic social planning across T-Mobile initiatives.

The experience you’ll bring.

6-8+ years experience in in-house/ agency strategy roles within digital
advertising, with at least 4 of those years in social media.Proven track record creating, analyzing and evolving social and content
strategy.Expert knowledge of social media marketing trends, best practices, and

Self-starter with a proven track record of cross-team partnership in
development of social/digital campaigns that are on-strategy and drive

Demonstrated ability to translating data & insights into strategic

Success in building cross-group, cross-functional relationships.

Strong organizational skills + the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related

Wireless/Technology industry experience a plus.
