We are currently looking for a Vice President with a Corporate communications background. The VP shares responsibility with the group’s Senior Vice President for the leadership in areas of client service, new business, team morale, development and management, and ensuring consistent excellence in the quality of work delivered to clients. You’ll develop and drive PR strategies and programs. You must be an expert in the areas of total account management including day-to-day account activity, traditional and emerging PR strategies and the provision of sound creative and strategic counsel to clients to support their business objectives.  In this role, you have the opportunity to support existing clients, and also will support in developing and presenting new business opportunities.  You must think and do. We’re looking for masters of the craft, who are excellent people leaders, client counselors and will roll up their sleeves and stay close to the work.
You will succeed at Zeno if you are fearless, resourceful, tenacious, and bring to the table an expertise in client relations, deep knowledge of traditional strategies and a passion for electronics and retail markets, and drive great results while building strong, productive relationships with your clients and your team.

    • At least 8 years of experience in Corporate PR, messaging, program development, and executive thought leadership
    • Agency experience preferred
    • Digitally savvy, personally and professionally. You understand that any client program should be rounded out with social elements in today’s world
    • Collaborative spirit, thrive in close team environment
    • Excellent writing skills
    • Strong presentation skills, experience developing and delivering client presentations, including new business
    • A history of success in providing sound creative and strategic counsel to clients and building credibility with senior level client contacts
    • Results driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work against deadlines
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, the ability to “think on your feet” and respond quickly as business factors shift
    • Demonstrate the ability to think strategically, creatively and holistically about client programs
    • Proven leadership experience, mentoring and developing junior talent
Pay range: $95,000 to $156,000/year USD
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
