Finance and Audit Committee

Current Chair:  Scott Orr, Fidelity Investments

Charter:  The Committee, working with the Executive Committee, will provide oversight of the Council’s financial affairs. Committee members will review the budget; provide feedback on the management of revenue, expenses, and reserves; and review and approve the Council’s annual audit.
