SCOPE – Manager – Regulatory Affairs This individual will be responsible for maintaining corporate compliance with all Regulatory systems and affairs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Manager – Regulatory Affairs

  • Interpret and apply regulations to corporate practices.
  • Develop and maintain company policies and procedures related to all relevant regulatory compliance.
  • Identify regulatory challenges and collaborate cross functionally to solve them.
  • Stay current with emerging regulatory guidance, industry standards and translate these into process improvements and best practices.
  • Actively look for ways to improve current processes within the department and across the business to gain efficiency.
  • Build skills in team members through training and mentorship.
  • Direct Reports: RD Food Science and Regulatory Technologist
  • Review and approve case labels and transmittals prior to production

SUCCESS CRITERIA – Manager – Regulatory Affairs

  • Safety/GMP/Food Safety/Quality policies followed
  • BRC Compliance
  • Reporting accuracy
  • Customer requirements

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS – Manager – Regulatory Affairs

  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in Regulatory Compliance.
  • Ability to build strong relationships, provide excellent customer service, and problem solve
  • This position is an onsite position.
