To support growth in our regulatory affairs practice, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Regulatory Coordinator. As a Regulatory Coordinator, you will play a crucial role on our Regulatory Team supporting our energy efficiency delivery practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the regulatory process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve regulatory objectives.

What you will be doing:
- Organize and manage regulatory submissions and approvals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory documentation.
- Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Interpret and communicate regulatory requirements to internal teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and support regulatory activities.
- Communicate effectively with regulatory authorities and clients as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address regulatory issues and requirements.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure that products and processes comply with regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in regulatory affairs.
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, sustainability, or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in a regulatory/communications role
What we would like you to have:
- Utility, energy efficiency, or equivalent experience
Professional skills you will use:
- MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and document management systems.
- Strong time management, communication, and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Comfort in learning and using digital tools
- Outstanding analytical, writing and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range – There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$64,372.00 – $109,432.00 California Remote Office (CA99)
