About the Role:

You will be assigned to implement a variety of social media activities to support the Association’s proposition social media strategies or other engagement efforts. You will be part of a team responsible for managing our social media footprint, managing reputation and risks, and increasing engagement and revenue. You will report into the Social Media, Senior Manager.

You Will:

  • Write, edit, publish and share engaging content that delivers on programme objectives and builds/elevates the Association’s brand.
  • Be an Association brand ambassador; foster community interaction and engagement.
  • Measure key social media indicators. Use analytics to assess engagement and performance.
  • Interact with the Global Engagement Center (GEC) to help respond to service-related member questions, escalated cases, and social media posts from members.
  • Use technology as directed.
  • Publish content.
  • Moderate user-generated content.
  • Collaborate with business owners to manage reputation and coordinate actions.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or other related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience with social & search platforms (e.g., Facebook, X, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, Bing Ads) with proven results on impacting Key Performance Indicators of an organization.
  • Experience working with social media management tools like Sprout.
  • Experience creating customer-facing copy.
  • Prior experience working in a social media agency.
  • Experience implementing and working in an agile environment.
  • Marketing experience in education, membership/subscription business, or the commercial sector.
