Responsibilities:
Maintain the Facebook Posting Schedule
- Ensure timely and scheduled posting of Daily Caller content on Facebook.
Monitor Social Media Trends and Editorial Schedule
- Stay informed about social media trends.
- Coordinate with editorial teams to optimize post content and timing.
Identify Trending Clips and Source Video Content
- Source trending video content for the video team.
Quickly Collect and Analyze Performance Data
- Efficiently gather and analyze performance data.
Utilize 3rd Party Platforms for Optimization
- Optimize social media posting and analytics using 3rd party platforms.
Engage in Copywriting and Content Creation
- Create engaging copy and content for social media.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Social Media Platforms: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Parler, Rumble, Gettr, Truth Social.
- Deep understanding of the political climate and news media.
- News junkie with a strong sense of humor.
- Adept proofreading and grammar skills.
- Professional copywriting skills.
- Video editing and graphic design experience (a plus).
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets.
