Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is looking for a Health Care Policy Analyst to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) Advanced Research Projects Agency For Health (ARPA-H). In this role, you will serve as a scientific and technical advisor to ARPA-H—enabling the agency to manage and provide oversight to advanced R&D efforts; help shape future R&D concepts, programs, and solutions; integrate and advance our nation’s health care ecosystem processes, policies, and enabling technologies; and enable the agency to expand its health care and scientific scope into yet unknown areas. As a “systems engineering and technical assistance” advisor, you will provide support and thought leadership to R&D performer teams, Government Program Managers, and stakeholders across the health innovation ecosystem. This role supports the Resilience Systems Office (RSO).

### Responsibilities

– Serve as a health care policy data analyst
– Advise and guide program initiatives related to health care provider systems
– Analyze health care policies and provide data analysis on the policies
– Stay current with scientific advancements
– Actively track and analyze new research findings in this field
– Identify and propose emerging methodologies and technologies that could enhance the program’s progress
– Participate in scientific discussions and presentations, contributing your expertise to the program’s overall knowledge base
– Collaborate effectively within a diverse team
– Build strong relationships with computational scientists, engineers, and other scientific advisors involved in the program
– Communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
– Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and problem-solving exercises to drive the program forward
– Perform other duties as assigned

### Qualifications

– Masters of Public Policy
– Minimum of 11 years of experience in health care systems
– Demonstrably strong expertise in health care policy and data analytics
– Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, analyze data, and write scientific reports

### Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong work ethic and a passion for healthcare and scientific discovery
– Three years or more experience within a Federal ARPA organization
– Two years or more experience in Federal Healthcare and/or Scientific Consulting
– Experience supporting complex healthcare and programs of a research and development nature
– Final salary determination based on skill-set, qualifications, and approved funding
