Sam Kasner is the Public Affairs Council’s Manager of Events, where she leads the strategy, coordination, and delivery of the Council’s 100+ annual events and programs including conferences, workshops, webinars, and member programs. She manages logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships, while also focusing on experience design and operational innovation that elevate the Council’s brand.
Before joining the Council, Sam worked as the Events and Development Manager at the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership where she oversaw the annual gala, donor events, and logistics for board meetings. Prior to that, she worked as the Events Coordinator at the World Wildlife Fund.
Sam earned her MBA and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington. While there, she worked as a Graduate Assistant for New Student Orientation.
In her free time, Sam can be found at a soccer game, reading, or traveling the world!
