Stella Lucas is an Administrative Specialist at the Public Affairs Council, providing operational, office, and membership support to the team. She serves as the link between Finance and Administration while keeping other departments informed. She also contributes to positive experiences in the office for members and staff.
Her prior roles have been diverse, from Office Management to Hotel Concierge, to Facilities and Events Management. She has a focus in great customer service and building management.
Stella graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with her degree in Communication Arts. She is a creative at heart, enjoying video games, books, and crocheting in her free time. Also loves to play with her dog, Bo Ssam!
