Conrad Tolosa is the Council’s Senior Manager of Digital Experience. He manages the website, along with photography, video, and streaming production, and oversees all things AI. He joined the Council in 1996.
Conrad holds a Bachelor’s from GMU, a Master’s from Chesapeake Theological Seminary, and, most importantly, an Executive Membership from Costco.
In the ’90s, Conrad was in a signed punk rock band that toured nationally.
He enjoys making music, gazing into a mirror and writing his bio for work.
