Bonnie is responsible for concept, design, and production of the Council’s printed publications. This includes the monthly newsletter, Impact, conference promotions, annual reports, and the like. She also oversees print production to ensure publications are kept on schedule.

In her role as systems administrator Bonnie is charged with troubleshooting and maintaining user workstations, and overseeing the network in its entirety. In that capacity she works with vendors to ensure that all systems are kept up-to-date and running smoothly. She also serves as the Council’s database manager, keeping the Microsoft CRM software problem-free and accurate, as well as training new staff.

As manager of office operations, Bonnie supervises the positions of receptionist and coordinator of administrative services, as well as oversees office operations.

Before joining the Council in 1990, Bonnie worked for The World Bank where she provided administrative support to the South East Asia Transportation Division.
