Carol McCrory-Goole

Carol McCrory-Goole is a Data Systems Analyst at the Public Affairs Council, where she supports the integrity, accuracy, and strategic use of membership and engagement data. She works closely with cross-functional teams to maintain data quality, produce actionable reports, and streamline systems and processes that support member services and organizational decision-making.

Prior to joining the Council, Carol served on active duty in the United States Marine Corps in an administrative role, supporting personnel operations and organizational workflows. Her military background informs her disciplined, detail-oriented approach to data and systems management.

In 2025, Carol graduated from the University of the District of Columbia with a Bachelor of Business Management. In her spare time, she enjoys training in martial arts and powerlifting, comedy shows, and spending time with her dog.
