Erica Harris

Erica Harris is a public affairs associate at the Public Affairs Council, where she supports the corporate responsibility and diversity and inclusion functions. In this role, she supports programming to equip members with the resources and information to operate effective corporate responsibility and diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives. She provides in-depth research, best practices and recent trends.

Erica joined the Council in January 2021 after working at AchieveMission, a nonprofit consulting firm, as a senior associate. At AchieveMission, Erica supported internal operations and external programming, webinars, presentations and workshops to advance organizational equity in nonprofits across the social sector.

Before her time at AchieveMission, Erica worked at both Independent Sector and KG Consulting, supporting fundraising and development initiatives.

Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in government and politics from the University of Maryland College Park. In her spare time, Erica enjoys traveling, making candles and spending time with family and friends.
