Laura Brigandi is the Manager of Digital and Advocacy Practice for the Public Affairs Council. In this role, she manages all programs, resources and member services related to the Council’s growing digital advocacy practice, including the Digital Media and Advocacy Summit. Her areas of expertise include recruiting and training advocates, orchestrating comprehensive advocacy campaigns, and maximizing limited resources to achieve success on a minimal budget.

Laura joined the Council in 2023 after five years at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. At PanCAN, she managed a nationwide volunteer advocate network and worked closely with the marketing and social media teams to develop diversified grassroots campaigns that incorporated digital strategies alongside more traditional forms of advocacy. Prior to that, Laura managed grassroots programs for the College of American Pathologists and the American Federation of Musicians.

A New Jersey native, Laura received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Franklin & Marshall College, and a graduate degree in legislative affairs from The George Washington University Graduate School of Political Management.
