EU Decision-Making Masterclass

3 December 2024
9:30 to 12:30 CET
Brussels

This workshop is designed for public affairs professionals working in the EU, who wish to refresh or deepen their knowledge on how the decision-making process works across the EU institutions, how to engage with the relevant stakeholders in order to execute their advocacy strategy, and what are the best sources to stay informed and prepare their organizations for upcoming regulatory developments. Join us in this masterclass to explore EU policy and procedures, as well as best practices in influencing this complex decision-making process.

Corporations, NGOs, trade associations, international bodies can all benefit from this workshop as it focuses on practical tips, strategic foresight and tactical hints on how to place your issue on EU policy-makers’ and civil servants’ radar.

This training seminar will include an in-depth look into the EU institutions and how their procedures flow from policy agenda topics all the way to acts of law. You will hear from experts on how an act comes to life, what are the main actors in each step of the process and what are the best strategies to engage with them. We’ll explore tested advocacy techniques and ways to apply them to maximize your results.
