In the second of four training seminars focusing on core public affairs skills in 2023, we will explore the state of the art in quantifying Public Affairs risks and opportunities. Public Affairs is increasingly required (and proactively looking to) quantify the world that it works in – to better connect with its organization and articulate value and return on investment. Learn how you can identify and measure both policy and commercial risks and opportunities in a way that works for you and your organization.Â
Featured Topic & Speaker
The session will be practical and hands-on – making sure you understand how you can apply this to your work/situation. It can be taken as part of our four-parts training series on “Core Public Affairs Skills” or as a self-contained module for professionals who are interested in this topic.
Through supporting slides, case studies and practical exercises this training seminar will provide participants with:
- An overview of the different aspects of quantifying Public Affairs work – including reviewing all the different indicators, metrics and parameters to use
- An effective methodology to undertake a full prioritization exercise for your organization
- Ideas for how to conduct and run a quantification exercise
- Examples and ideas of how to present and visualize the results of a quantification exercise for maximum impact
- An opportunity to ask your questions and learn from peers to get this right
