Restrictions in Belgium and beyond have prevented us public affairs professionals from meeting in person for almost a year. Though the easing is near, we don’t have to wait until May to network, we’ll just do it online.

Join us for a virtual networking event where you’re encouraged to bring your own smoothie/cocktail/etc. and join the fun!
Here is how you can make the most of the virtual networking cocktail:
- We’ll kick off at 3.57pm sharp
- After welcoming all, we’ll randomly assign you to a group of 5-6 fellow professionals
- We’ll suggest an icebreaker opening question and let you chat informally for 14 minutes
- We then bring everyone back to the plenary session for a minute
- We’ll then randomly reassign everyone to a new group of 5-6 fellow professionals
- So you’ll get to meet and network with 20-25 peers in a fun and informal environment 🎉
- Rinse and repeat 🍸🍹🥂
- We’ll conclude the virtual party at 5pm
It’s important to note:
- Everyone working in public affairs, public policy, communications and similar roles is welcome
- We strongly advise you to have your camera and audio on during the sessions
- Use your full name as your Zoom display name so that people know who you are
- General respect and decency is expected from everyone, violating this requirement can lead to removal from the platform
- When exchanging contact details or personal information, do not use it for commercial purposes
- We will not be recording the sessions. However, we cannot guarantee full privacy of conversations
- We take no responsibility for the content of the exchange between participants
- Keep in mind that the aim of the event is to offer a fun and respectful networking opportunity
