**DESCRIPTION:** The mission of the Foundation to Combat Antisemitism (FCAS) is to win the hearts and minds of non-Jews and Jews through powerful positive messaging and partnerships, motivating and equipping them to be defenders of and upstanders for Jews. FCAS focuses on spreading the Blue Square and associated programs to spur action by people of all backgrounds. Working with a network of partners, FCAS leverages unique monitoring technology to drive effective rapid response to Jewish hate and all hate, in addition to proactive programs that galvanize popular support for the Jewish community.

### Summary

The Content and Communications Senior Specialist’s primary responsibility will be to create and organize content across the FCAS organization. This role will collaborate across FCAS departments to create and maintain a consistent “voice” in the messaging across FCAS platforms and communications.

### Duties and Responsibilities

– Create content for key organizational assets such as writing newsletters, presentations, and other externally facing materials.
– Act as the “clearing house” for all materials to ensure consistency in message, tone, and visuals.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure FCAS messaging is consistent but also reflects unique needs of partners, donors, leaders, and others.
– Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
– Responsible for the maintenance, creation, and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access to or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.

### Skills and Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field
– 5 plus years of experience in writing, communications, content development, or equivalent
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Proven ability to effectively coordinate content across multiple platforms and deadlines
– Creative, highly organized, with the ability to prioritize, and work well against tight delivery timeframes
– Must have attention to detail and focused concentration
– Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently
– Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness
– Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow
– Must be able to adhere to process protocol and must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner
