TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Social Media Specialist in Atlanta, GA.

Will be responsible for developing and executing integrated communications and content that advance TK Elevator’s goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Identify, develop and support internal brand advocates to drive awareness and build momentum through strategic social media tactics.

Collaborate with internal team and subject matter experts (SMEs) to collect timely, relevant content to inform social media posts.

Develop, execute and maintain social selling program within the organization, including, but not limited to, new employee social sales training, guidelines, and individualized social selling guides for product launches as applicable.

Curate content for each respective channel to maximize engagement.

Actively engage in social listening and share feedback with the business to re-orient strategy when needed or guide best practices.

Monitor and quickly respond to social media activity that could be potentially harmful to our brand’s reputation.

Stay on top of the latest general industry trends and competitors’ news to help guide future storytelling efforts, both internally and externally.

Create paid media advertisements as needed.

Work directly with social media vendors to ensure all administrative needs are addressed in a timely manner.

Design images or GIFs for social media channels or internal team use.

Who we are looking for

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or journalism preferred.
  • Experience with EveryoneSocial or Communications Control is preferred.
  • 3+ years related work experience
  • Proficient with Dirico or Sprout Social; Social Advocacy Programs; Asana and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Bachelors in Communications, PR, Marketing or related field

  • Intermediate experience with Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
  • Basic knowledge of photo editing.
  • Intermediate knowledge of in-app analytics for each social media platform.
  • Ability to write clearly and quickly, while adhering to TK Elevator’s voice and tone for social posts and blogs.
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to work well with other writers, designers, and developers.
  • Flexibility in writing style required for various content channels.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with departments and employees across the organization/globe.
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple responsibilities with varying timelines.
  • Ability to integrate research and creative work concepts into daily activity.
  • Positive, flexible attitude that lends itself to effective communications and teamwork.
  • Thrives as a contributor on a diverse creative team.
  • Demonstrates a thirst for knowledge and learning and demonstrates continual improvement in communications skills.
  • Efficiency in word processing, reporting and presentation development.
