Join Our Team: Manager, Corporate Communications

Are you passionate about engaging and inspiring employees through effective communication? We’re looking for a Manager, Corporate Communications to join our team and help align our workforce with the company’s vision, mission, and values. In this role, you’ll collaborate across departments, driving transparency and trust, while enhancing employee experience and strengthening company culture.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute internal communications that engage, inform, and align employees with company goals.
• Create and deliver compelling content across multiple channels (emails, intranet, newsletters, etc.).
• Maintain internal communication platforms, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and accessible.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support change management efforts to foster a cohesive workplace.
• Collaborate on impactful communication strategies that promote transparency and support cultural objectives.
• Measure communication effectiveness, gathering feedback to continuously improve messaging and employee engagement.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of experience working in communications preferred.
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive communication plans that align with company goals and enhance internal messaging.
• Ability to craft engaging, clear, and impactful content across various internal channels, including newsletters, emails, presentations, and intranet.
• Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the company’s brand, vision, and values in all internal communications.
• Strong background in managing internal corporate communications, promoting transparency, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication or related field preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Demand

Location: Onsite in Asheville, NC with the ability to work from home.
