Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and influential individual to contribute to building diverse, equitable, and inclusive (DEI) cultures across our companies. Reporting to the Director of Talent and DEI, you will play a key role in stewarding our Enterprise DEI strategy, integrating DEI into business strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders across Masco.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Masco’s DEI goals in a Center-led/Decentralized business model.
  • Develop and implement scalable global DE&I initiatives.
  • Enhance accountability and transparency in DEI progress.
  • Act as a DEI expert, coach, and partner to stakeholders.
  • Shape and sustain business units’ DEI plans, providing ongoing coaching.
  • Develop DEI communications for various stakeholders.
  • Oversee external third-party DEI partnerships.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in global DE&I initiatives.
  • Influencer with strong business acumen.
  • Systems thinker with prioritization skills.
  • Collaboration in a complex, multi-unit organization.
  • Interpersonal awareness and empathy.
  • Comfort with change and working remotely.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of societal bias systems.
  • Strong facilitation skills for DEI-related conversations.
  • Programmatic and opportunistic approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of the global DEI landscape.
  • Experience in designing processes embedding diversity and equity.
