This role offers a unique opportunity to support global payments processing, operational processes, lobbying disclosure reporting, campaign finance reporting, and political action committee (PAC) administration. You will make a significant impact on our philanthropic and employee giving programs and Global Government Affairs operations.

About the Role

As a Senior Associate in Corporate Responsibility Core Operations & Regulatory Reporting, you will:

  • Support end-to-end global payments processing, account reconciliations, and customer service for nonprofit organizations.
  • Manage lobbying disclosure reporting, campaign finance reporting, and PAC administration.
  • Work closely with Corporate Controllers, Corporate Finance, CR Tech, Grants Management, Global Government Relations, and Global Political Law.
  • Report to the Core Operations & Regulatory Reporting Executive Director and the Vice President of Core Operations.

This role requires independence, flexibility, strong process improvement skills, and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage an optimal operations payment environment: Support process changes and daily team requests.
  • Support Regulatory Reporting processes and PAC administration: Handle PAC disbursements, campaign finance reporting, and Federal/State lobbying reporting, including tracking, records management, and periodic controls review.
  • Process payments: Conduct account reconciliations, nonprofit outreach, and due diligence screening.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives: Enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliant and risk-averse processes: Maintain audit readiness and manage audit scope.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 3+ years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong aptitude for analyzing and developing solutions.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Capacity to learn query processing for software platforms.
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Ability to identify business needs and implement solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in financial services operations, payments, accounting, or change management.
  • Knowledge of query processing tools (e.g., SQL, ETL, Alteryx, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Ability to interact independently with business partners.
  • Strategic thinking and financial planning skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Active participation in team meetings and stakeholder interactions.
