### Job Description

The Senior Director will partner with key stakeholders from ABA’s State Association Alliance and the Congressional Relations team to effectively deploy $4MM per election cycle. This role will lead BankPAC operations, process, and compliance efforts.

#### Key Responsibilities

– Implement BankPAC standard operating procedures while identifying and vetting contribution opportunities for ABA’s political action committee.
– Serve as the compliance lead for BankPAC, including completing Federal Election Commission and Lobbying Disclosure Act reporting in partnership with outside vendors.
– Help grow BankPAC receipts and enrollment by creatively seeking new opportunities for fundraising, promoting BankPAC visibility, and supporting state bankers association fundraising efforts.
– Responsible for creating and maintaining BankPAC Disbursement Budget and Engagement Report.
– Support activities and meetings of the National BankPAC Committee.
– Other projects as assigned, including candidate vetting.

### Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
– 10 – 12 years of professional experience with at least 6 – 8 years of political action committee management and/or fundraising experience, preferably with a trade association.
– Experience in project and relationship management, meeting planning, and budget management preferred.
– Comprehensive understanding and experience successfully navigating campaign finance law and Federal Election Commission regulations.
– Experience managing outside vendors.
– Ability to juggle multiple personalities and priorities, internal and external customers.
– Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and self-starter.
– Excellent conflict resolution, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills required.
– Ability to adapt quickly to changing political environment.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.
– Agile approach to problem-solving, new ideas, and creative approaches to meeting goals.
– Ability to travel (<20%).

#### Target Pay Range for the Role

$130,000 – $140,000

#### Salary Range

$92,214.00 – $125,630.00 – $159,046.00
