Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Executive Communications who will lead executive communications programs and create content for some of our senior leaders. The successful candidate will help build and drive communications initiatives that enable our organization to grow, scale, transform, and achieve our bold business goals — all in service of helping ServiceNow become the defining enterprise software company of the 21st century.

You will bring your experience in storytelling and change management with a mastery of distilling complex information into easily digestible content to the role. You will seamlessly manage competing priorities, be a quick and creative thinker, excel at building relationships, be process-oriented, and bring rigorous attention to detail to everything you do.

You’ll work collaboratively with business partners, leaders, and other stakeholders to create inspiring, effective, and engaging communications that drive awareness and understanding of our strategic business priorities, shape culture, and support employees through organizational changes. You will partner with leaders, key business stakeholders, and the Global Communications team on high-visibility projects and programs for internal and external audiences.

What You Get to Do in This Role

  • Lead, plan, and execute on executive communications initiatives, including large-scale organizational changes and other significant changes.
  • Support operations and engagement for the Executive Communications team.
  • Write various communications for executives and key stakeholders (internal announcements, FAQs, presentations, etc.).
  • Build relationships, collaborate across teams, and have a material impact on employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in executive communications, employee communications, PR/corporate communications, or related field.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Resourceful and motivated communicator who can independently prioritize shifting workloads in a high-growth, ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to work successfully through ambiguity and maintain strict confidentiality as this role will work on confidential projects.
  • Experience in organizational change or other significant change management communication is a plus.
