Job Description:

AnChain.AI is seeking an experienced Senior Policy Analyst to join our mission-driven team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial regulation, global policy, and regulatory enforcement/compliance. Familiarity with cryptocurrency regulations and ecosystems will be considered a strong plus. As a Senior Policy Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the regulatory framework that guides our innovative cybersecurity, compliance, and investigative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret global regulatory trends and policies affecting cybersecurity and cryptocurrency.
  • Develop policy recommendations to ensure compliance with international financial regulations.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to advocate for favorable policies.
  • Prepare reports and policy briefs on regulatory changes that impact the digital and financial landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align our business practices with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead discussions and workshops on regulatory strategy and compliance issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy analysis, with a focus on financial regulation and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of global financial policies and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and provide clear, impactful insights.
  • Master’s degree in Public Policy, Law, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in cryptocurrency or digital asset regulation.
  • Familiarity with international compliance standards.
  • Proven track record of influencing policy changes.
  • Strong network within regulatory and governmental bodies.
