### What We Are Looking For

We are hiring a Social Media Coordinator who is passionate about all things social! The right candidate will work under the supervision of social media managers to:

– Create social media calendars and strategies.
– Develop content and captions.
– Conduct research.
– Keep social media accounts updated.
– Analyze the analytics of posts.

The goal is to increase brand awareness through the use of social media platforms. This position will primarily support social media for a nostalgic liqueur client. We are looking for someone who:

– Has their finger on the pulse.
– Knows what is trending and happening in pop culture.
– Isn’t afraid to share ideas.
– Can be both proactive and reactive.

### What You’ll Be Doing

– Work alongside the team to create social media strategies for multiple clients.
– Assist in brand growth by raising awareness through various social media platforms.
– Jump on trends and develop content.
– Build a community across platforms (community management).
– Develop relevant trending content specific to a liqueur client.
– Monitor postings to ensure the brand message is consistent from the terminology used to the images posted.
– Copywriting – writing captions across social platforms and understanding that the writing style varies based on the platform.
– Aid in the daily aspects of promoting business campaigns.
– Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company’s social pages.
– Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
– Oversee the creation and implementation of a monthly editorial calendar, including monthly sales/messaging objectives and initiatives.
– Help create content as dictated by the monthly editorial calendar to promote messaging, sales, blogs, and products.
– Use analytical tools and assist with recaps.

### What You’ll Bring Along

– Deep passion for social media, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Experience working with social media profiles, influencers, or CPG clients is a big plus.
– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
– Availability Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
– Hybrid work schedule, 1-2 times a week on-site, and at other locations when needed.
– Ability to take direction as well as work independently.
– Ability to meet deadlines and produce work in a fast-paced environment.
– Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude.
– Familiarity with multi-social posting through programs such as Sprout Social and Airtable.
– Comfort working with PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suites.
– General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content.
– Entry-level experience in determining how to cater unique marketing campaigns to a unique audience.
– Ability to work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives.
– Entry-level understanding of marketing strategy and how to use concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
– Team player with a positive mentality, willing to do what it takes to complete a goal, no matter how big or small the tasks are.

### About You

– Not afraid to jump in with both feet and try new things.
– Familiar with the Gen Z audience, staying up-to-date on trends and pop culture.
– Know who is relevant in the music and influencer spaces, and have your finger on the pulse.
– Open to listening to all types of people’s points of view and ways of thinking.
– Comfortable dealing with and helping others with their emotions.
– Have previous social, influencer, and/or graphic design experience in the workplace.
– Think outside the box – extremely creative.
– Interested in how campaigns and social media can positively impact lives.

### Salary

$38,000 – $42,000
