What You Will Do
The Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) most important asset is its people. As outlined in the President’s Executive Order on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) in the Federal Workforce as well as the TSA Administrator’s Intent 3.0, TSA is dedicated to advancing a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workforce. As a result, TSA appointed a federal officer and team who have closely coordinated with the TSA workforce to develop and publish the first TSA People and Culture Roadmap.
TSA Task Order Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day project activities and leading the organization, execution, and quality review of all project efforts
- Managing/supporting the development and implementation of visual dashboards for DEIA outcomes, measures, and metrics tracking
- Managing/supporting the analysis and interpretation of DEIA data to include outcomes, measures, and metrics
- Managing/supporting the development of strategic communications to deliver mission-driven DEIA messaging through the correct channels, to the right people, at the right time through storyboarding, strategy framing, communications branding, campaign development, and graphic design
- Organize client meetings, including scheduling meetings; drafting and delivering agendas, meeting presentations and meeting minutes; providing and archiving required documentation; and documenting, tracking and following-up on action items
- Support multiple, concurrent tasks, while ensuring technical accuracy, adherence to standards, and timely delivery of all products
- Foster and sustain meaningful client relationships, identify client needs, and develop solutions to address these needs
What You Will Need
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8 (EIGHT) or more years of relevant experience in consulting, project management and/or analysis and communications
- Experience in strategy, organizational transformation, organizational development, process improvement, workforce strategy, change management, or communications
- Possess the project management, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage a team of professionals while managing relationships with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Direct experience and fluency with Microsoft Suite 360 products, emphasizing Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
What Would Be Nice To Have
- An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET TSA security clearance
- Masters Degree
- Federal government experience
- Change management, facilitation, or project management certification
- Experience conducting organizational assessments, developing strategic plans, and making recommendations for improvement
- Experience in supporting data management and data quality improvement activities across the data life cycle from reporting, entry, access, extraction, and use
- Experience in reporting status updates to the Federal project manager, Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and Guidehouse leadership
