    • How to evaluate what’s working and what’s not, including making tough decisions and changes along the way to implement a new strategic vision

Whether you’re stepping into a head of office role now or you aspire to in the future, our opening session will explore where to start when building or managing a public affairs function. Our speakers will discuss:

  • Considerations for assuming leadership of an existing team or building out a public affairs function from scratch
  • How to determine the appropriate benchmarks to follow in determining team structures, budgets and resource allocation
  • Strategies for evaluating what’s working and what’s not, including making the tough decisions and changes needed to implement a new strategic vision
