### Pay Range

The Target Pay Range for this position is $75,900.00-$92,600.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $59,000.00 – $109,500.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. ### Impact You’ll Make

As a Paid Media Specialist at BECU, you will elevate our digital presence and create meaningful connections with current and future members through innovative campaigns. You’ll play a pivotal role in our membership and engagement goals by utilizing diverse digital channels like paid media (SEM, Social, and Display), mobile, and OLB (Online Banking). Taking the helm under the guidance of our Digital Marketing leaders, you’ll develop, track, test, optimize, and report on comprehensive marketing plans. Your contributions will ensure our initiatives are impactful, measurable, and continually improving.

***This role is primarily remote with in-office time required for monthly team meetings and other occasional business needs.***

### What You’ll Do

– **Ensure Compliance:** Perform all responsibilities in alignment with BECU Competencies, compliance, regulatory, and Information Protection requirements.
– **Design Campaigns:** Collaborate with Digital Marketing leadership to evaluate channels and create campaigns that meet specific goals.
– **Monitor Performance:** Oversee ad platforms, analyze campaign performance, and report the success or failure of tactics. Make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
– **Expand Paid Media Channels:** Develop and implement new paid media channels as necessary to ensure optimum reach.
– **Paid Media Campaigns:** Support the execution of paid media campaigns including targeting, monitoring campaign performance, and bid management to maximize reach and traffic to BECU.
– **Measure Success:** Develop metrics and analytics to evaluate campaign performance. Create customized reports to share with stakeholders, ensuring the data is presented most insightfully.
– **Coordinate Campaigns:** Work with Marketing Strategy, Digital, Creative, and Content teams to prepare and execute marketing campaigns.
– **Represent BECU:** Act as a representative at trade events and informational activities.

### Qualifications

**Minimum Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent work or educational experience.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and/or digital channel support role.
– Experience using paid search and paid social platforms.
– Experience with data analytics.

**Desired Qualifications:**

– Previous experience in a financial institution.
– Exceptional planning and project management skills.
– Ability to research and compile information to recommend new programs or enhance existing ones.
– Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
– Strategic and creative thinking capabilities along with the aptitude to execute tactics.
